Turning High Poverty Schools into High Performing Schools - February 17, 2016

This one day session will present recent research that prominently illustrates a compelling portrait of how any high-poverty school can become high performing.


These schools foster safe, supportive cultures of high achievement; eliminate practices and mindsets that perpetuate underachievement; and build leadership capacity to improve student, professional, and system learning.


Through focused analysis of key improvements, participants will learn how to improve student achievement by using tools that facilitate self-auditing, action planning, and professional learning.
