Our senior educational leaders are pleased to collaborate with your district and organizational leaders to:

• develop a process to determine system needs;
• create a flexible, collaborative plan to build system capacity based on system needs;
• recommend and/or implement a capacity-building plan for identified stakeholder groups, such as learning resource teachers, principals, SEAC members, community partners; and
• support the implementation of a system plan using a variety of capacity building approaches.
