| Introduction |
|
Coming Soon! CODE, in partnership with the Ontario Principals' Council will soon be offering additional on-line courses accessible from the OPC web site. You can reach the OPC web site by clicking here. |
| Many
of the professional leadership courses developed by CODE are now provided
on OSOnet and made available to all supervisory officers in Ontario for
their own development and growth. In today’s fast paced learning environment,
superintendents and directors must update skills constantly and keep abreast
of best ways of handling the many facets of senior leadership. As well as taking care of personal growth and development, supervisory officers are involved regularly in providing programs for their education staffs in the schools and at the system level. The courses on OSONet are freely accessible to OPSOA and OCSOA Members and you may use an entire course or a course section. The writers have designed each full course to require about 5 hours of intense work. The pace of completion is entirely up to the participant. You may concentrate and finish quickly or you may do a small section at a time. If you wish to offer one of these courses in your board, presenters and facilitators are available through OPSOA. Note: The following list of courses provides the course overview and objectives - the actual courses are only available on OSONet to members of OPSOA and OCSOA. |
